Returns & Refunds

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at sandra@the-lyra.com. If your cancellation request is received before the order has been dispatched, your order will be cancelled and refunded to your original payment method.

All Kova sales are final once an order has been dispatched.

We do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery, including for non-customized items. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Custom engraved stones are prepared specifically for you. Please carefully review your selected stone, engraving text, font, color, and preview before placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, custom engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Approved cancellation refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
