Returns & Refunds
We want every Lyra order to arrive as intended. Because some Lyra pieces are made in small edits, pre-sale batches, or personalized formats, our return policy is designed to be clear before you purchase.
Pre-sale items
Some Lyra products may be offered during a pre-sale period. Pre-sale items are produced or fulfilled after the order is placed, and estimated timing will be shown on the relevant product page whenever available.
Before fulfillment, we may contact you with important product or shipping updates. If a material change affects your order before it ships, we will provide the available options by email.
Personalized Kova pieces
Personalized Kova pieces are made with customer-selected engraving details. Because these pieces are customized, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to our error.
Please review your engraving text, spelling, capitalization, symbols, and layout before placing your order.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us at sandra@the-lyra.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- The email address used for the order
After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Change-of-mind returns
At this stage, Lyra does not accept change-of-mind returns for pre-sale items, personalized items, or items that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
If a product page states a different return option for a specific item, the product page policy will apply to that item.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at sandra@the-lyra.com.
Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered production, personalization, packing, or fulfillment. If cancellation is still possible, we will confirm by email.
Refund timing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
Shipping fees
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return or refund is due to a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item.
