Processing Time

Most orders are shipped within 1 business day with a tracking number provided, and typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

Some custom-made / handmade items require additional craftsmanship and may take 1–2 weeks to produce, after which they also ship within 3–5 business days.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days (for custom items, this starts after production is complete). We always do our best to ensure on-time delivery.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method. We also run free shipping promotions from time to time — keep an eye out for updates.

 

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees set by local authorities. These are the responsibility of the customer.
