Returns

We want you to love your Lyra talisman. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • Returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Personalized or custom pieces

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.

 

Damaged Or Defective Items

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at sandra@the-lyra.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
